DESCRIPTION -Floor Screed Retanol Xtreame thickness 80-100mm over underfloor heating fixed to A142 reinforcement mesh power floated finish.Stone flooring would not be installed for some considerable time,giving a wearing floor screed for other trades to complete there works without causing any damage to the Retanol Xtreme screed installed The project was a 17th century watermill being restored to working condition in the grounds of Glamworth castle.We were chosen to carry out the project due to our proven track record with the ability to overcome any issues.Due to the location with the works being carried out in a very remote location in Ireland over the Christmas period.Materials were already delivered to site.plant,tools and screed additive were taken from England (nothing forgotten)or left to chance.

DESCRIPTION - Floor Screed Retanol Xtreme SBR/Cement slurry bonded to the substrate thickness 15-110mm External patio area,large format tiles laid to falls and crossfalls.This was a particularly challenging project with a floor screeding company installing a screed incorrect on a previous occasion, making our options limited to rectify the screed without removing the screed previously laid, with the client incurring considerable costs. After several meetings with the client and tilers on site, we proposed a design solution that was accepted.The new screed was then installed and tiles laid to the correct falls and crossfallls,without any standing water on the finished tiled surfaces,giving the minimum amount of cuts to the tiles.Leaving a far more ascetically pleasing appearance.
